Soccer
Tempo, discipline, and trust characterize Blue Jay soccer across the decades. With a local, statewide, and national footprint, the team’s habits have been honed on the practice field and measured by a Louisiana-leading tradition of titles.

From undefeated championship seasons to a legendary 94-game unbeaten run—one of the longest streaks in the U.S.—the standard for Jesuit’s soccer players is clear: defend as one, possess with purpose, finish chances, and then carry those habits into life beyond the field.
Jesuit owns the most boys’ soccer state championships in Louisiana history. Along the way, Blue Jay teams have produced undefeated state champions (1999, 2007, 2009, 2010), reached the top of national rankings, and strung together a 94-game unbeaten streak from 2009–2011, one of the longest in the country.
What endures is the formation: competition that demands poise under pressure and unselfish work without the ball. Year after year, Jesuit soccer develops depth through the roster, embraces challenging schedules, and aims to be at its best in February—not for a banner alone, but for the habits that shape men for others.
