Welcome Week: Tuesday Participants Race Along the Oregon Trail
The student council continued annual Welcome Week festivities with an Oregon Trail Obstacle Course as part of the Wild, Wild West-themed activities.
Participants raced to save the day as they faced obstacles along the Oregon Trail. The course was marked off in Traditions Courtyard where onlookers watched classmates secure their (toy) guns, put out a fire, save a damsel in distress, race their trusty steeds, and lasso a bandit in this wild western spectacle.
Blue Jays of all classes, from pre-freshmen to seniors, will experience a wild western Welcome Week, with each day bringing a new adventure:
Monday – Big Brother/Little Brother Lunch (View Photo Gallery)
Tuesday – Oregon Trail Obstacle Course (View Photo Gallery)
Wednesday – County Fair
