Regular Order, Day 2

• Come see the Blue Jay Marching Band and Jayettes perform their 2026–2027 program, Journey to the Nexus, at the 2026 LMEA District VI Marching Band Assessment tonight at Joe Zimmerman Stadium on the campus of Archbishop Shaw High School. The festival begins at 5:00 p.m., with Jesuit scheduled to perform at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for students and seniors, and free for children under five.
• October is Respect Life month.  The Pro-Life Club is hosting “Pro-Life Week” beginning today, with displays and information in the Commons.  Please stop by our table during lunch, today through Wednesday, and join us for Mass at 7:15 on Thursday in the Small Chapel.  
• The St. Joseph Society will pray the rosary today during the first half of lunch in the Holy Name Chapel.
• Flag football captains must meet today during the first half of lunch in computer lab 2.
• The Art club will meet today and every Monday during the first half of lunch in Room 204.
• The 8^th grade football team will play Rummel at Rummel this afternoon at 4:30.
• The 9^th grade hosts Rummel this evening at 6:00 at John Ryan Stadium.
• All returning lacrosse players from last year’s varsity and D2 teams will meet tomorrow at 3:15 in Room 112.
• Intramural soccer registration is now open. Register on imleagues.com. Make sure all team names are appropriate and make sure there is no social media affiliated with your intramural team to avoid disciplinary action.
• A representative from Mississippi State University will be available during lunch in the College Counseling Suite. Late arrivals will not be admitted.

Results:

• The Swimming team won their 44th consecutive district meet at Chalmette last week with a score of 603.5 pts. The Aqua Jays won 7 out of 11 contested events. Event winners include Harrison Tschirn in the 100 back and 100 fly, Trip Yount in the 200 and 500 freestyle, the 200 medley relay team consisting of Liam Phan, Luke Barnett, Harrison Tschirn, and Dillon Nguyen; the 200 freestyle relay consisting of Trip Hemelt, Brandon Jollands, Luke Barnett, and Dillon Nguyen, and the 400 freestyle relay consisting of trip Hemelt, Brandon Jollands, Harrison Tschirn, and Liam Phan.
