Faculty Meeting Order, Day 1

• Canisius and Xavier Houses are hosting an arm-wrestling competition for House Cup points. Homerooms should decide a champion today. Quarterfinals will take place today during the second half of lunch in the Commons. Semifinals and finals will be held tomorrow during the second half of lunch in the Commons.
• Acoustic Guitar Club will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 330. 
• Students interested in trying out for the 8th, 9th, or JV basketball teams should meet today during the first half of lunch in the Benson Arena. Please see Coach Eckholdt or Coach Jennings if you cannot attend.
• The Fishing club will meet today during the first half of lunch in Room 313. 
• The Chess Team will fold its first meeting today during the first half of lunch in Room 311.
• The Card Magic Club will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 403.
• The Rubik’s Cube Club will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 224.
• The Green Club will meet today during the second half of lunch to pick up recycling bins and to discuss the garden.
• The jv football team hosts Karr this evening at John Ryan at 6:00 p.m.    The 9^th grade football team will face Karr at Karr this evening at 5:30.
• Parents of any new, returning, or interested lacrosse players unable to make Monday’s meeting are invited to a meeting this evening at 5:30 in St. Ignatius Hall. 
• Is A.I. bad for society? Should it be banned or supported? All students are invited to this IKON discussion with Dr. Delio tomorrow during the first half of lunch in Room 304.
• The Movie Critics Club will meet tomorrow during the second half of lunch in Room 220.
• The varsity football team will face Bonnabel on Friday night at Joe Yenni Stadium beginning at 7:00.  Tickets can be purchased online through GoFan@jesuitnola.org/tickets.  Tickets will not be sold at Jesuit.
• The first Paintball Club outing is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 26. Sign-up and waiver forms are available outside the ROTC office. Please see Master Gunnery Sergeant Piseno for forms or questions.
