Senior Colton Bollman Earns Perfect 36 on ACT®, Twice
Colton Bollman set out not just to ace the ACT®, but to earn a perfect 36 in every individual section — and he did it on his second attempt.

Senior Colton Bollman earned a perfect 36 on the ACT®, a national standardized measure of college readiness. Even more impressive, Bollman took the exam a second time with a specific goal: to earn a perfect score of 36 in every individual section. He accomplished that goal, achieving a 36 in all categories.
Bollman is an alumnus of Christian Brothers School and St. Francis Xavier School and is the son of Judge Jacqueline F. Maloney (Bollman) and the late Michael F. Bollman.
A National Merit Semifinalist, Bollman is actively involved in several academic and extracurricular activities at Jesuit. He serves on the executive board of Mu Alpha Theta and participates in Academic Games. This past summer, he dedicated his time to serving others through Operation Upgrade. He is also a member of the varsity bowling team.
Bollman’s academic interests extend beyond the classroom, particularly in the fields of mathematics, science, and engineering. He plans to pursue a double major in engineering and physics in college.
Above all, Jesuit relentlessly pursues God’s greater glory. While students’ academic accolades reflect the school’s mission, they are not the mission itself. They instead signify that Blue Jays are becoming the men that they were made to be: men of faith and men for others.
Alongside celebrating students who attain these academic accomplishments, Jesuit also highlights graduating seniors who are named winners of highly selective merit-based national scholarship competitions. Click here to read about more of these students.
