  • Students interested in viewing the Pro-Life film Lifemark at the Palace Theater in Elmwood at 7pm on Sunday should come see Mr. Delatte or Mrs. DeBoisblanc to pick up a permission form.
  • The General Student Council will meet today during the first half of lunch in the Auditorium. 
  • Mu Alpha Theta will hold an all-member(new and returning) meeting today during the second half of lunch in the auditorium. Come meet your new officers and learn about the activities that our Mu Alpha Theta State Champions are participating in this year.
  • The 9th grade football team will play at Slidell this evening starting at 5:30.
  • Dodransbicentennial posters are still available for students to pick up outside Room 114.
  • Students interested in joining Jesuit’s Esports club, Gizzard Gaming, should copy and paste the following link [https://jayson.instructure.com/enroll/W7TRHE] into their browser to join our Canvas page. Students who want to represent Jesuit on the digital battlefield must join Canvas first. See Coach Firmin with any questions.
  • Seniors, the application for nomination scholarships is due tomorrow. If you are interested in any of the scholarships that require nominations, please complete the application available on the college counseling class 2023 canvas page. No late applications will be accepted.
  • Senior Ring Dance will be held this Saturday, Sept. 10, at Club XLIV in the Superdome from 8:00 – 11:00pm. Ticket sales take place Wednesday before school in the Cafeteria and after school in Room 223. Tickets are $40 presale and $50 at the door on Saturday. 
  • Intramural Football sign ups for seniors will be extended until tomorrow. Forms can be found near the student council office. See Mr. Augustin in the Theology office with questions.
  • Any students interested in going to serve at Grace at the Greenlight, a program that serves breakfast to homeless men and women in Central City, should see Mr. Delatte in Room 225 to pick up a permission form.
  • A representative from Oglethorpe University (GA) will be visiting today during the lunch hour. Students that are interested in meeting with the college reps are encouraged to come either at the beginning of the first half or the beginning of the second half of lunch.
