Alumnus Henry duQuesnay ’02 Competes in Idea Village’s 2015 Big Idea Challenge
Henry duQuesnay ’02 and two of his buddies have an idea . . . a good idea. So good, in fact, that it has garnered them a spot in the competition for the Idea Village’s 2015 Big Idea Challenge. The idea is a compact hydroponic gardening unit, designed to allow residents to grow fresh vegetables, even in apartments. The winner of the competition is awarded a $25,000 grant to further the development of their product.
DuQuesnay will move on to the final round Friday, March 27 at The Big Idea pitch challenge as part of New Orleans Entrepreneur Week. The winner will receive $25,000 in cash and donated services.
