Retif Oil usually scores plenty of runs even when their opponent scores three or more. Not this time against (Rummel-based) Deanie’s Seafood. In an American Legion game Thursday evening at John Ryan Stadium, Retif could not shake the jet-lag blues that settled in following their recent return from San Jose, CA, where they played in a three-game tournament (losing one, winning two). Retif Oil plays Belle Chasse on Friday afternoon, June 20, at John Ryan Stadium. First pitch is 6 p.m.
