The Jesuit Quiz Bowl team advanced to the Louisiana Association of Academic Competition state tournament by winning the Division I Region 4 tournament on Saturday, February 15. Jesuit hosted the event at Carrollton and Banks.

The team of seniors Kevin Yokum, Jack Caliva, and Stanley Dai went undefeated.  Senior Andrew Collins, who arrived late, assisted in one of the matches against Brother Martin. The Crusaders were the only other school to participate.

Jesuit’s Quiz Bowl team is coached by teachers Ron Rossi and Joe Knight.

The LAAC state tournament is March 22 in Natchitoches.
