Grandparents’ Day Mass Draws Large Crowd
Students and their grandparents filled the Chapel of the North American Martyrs on Saturday, Dec. 6, for the annual Grandparents’ Day Mass. The event was moved to an evening affair in 2013.
Mass was celebrated by Jesuit High School president, Fr. Anthony McGinn, S.J., ’66, who was assisted on the altar by Fr. Norman B. O’Neal, S.J., Fr. Donald E. Saunders, S.J., and Br. William J. Dardis, S.J., ’58. Jesuit’s choir provided musical accompaniment.
Afterward, many of the attendees moved from the Chapel to the auditorium for the music department’s annual Christmas Concert, which was followed by a social in the Student Commons.
