Senior Chris Simmons won three events at the 2014 kickoff swim meet.
Jesuit swimming dominated at the Greater New Orleans Metro Swim League High School Kickoff Meet on Sept. 6 at UNO to help Jesuit dominate the meet with 425 points. The nearest competitor trailed at 173 points.
The Blue Jays won six of eight individual events. Senior Chris Simmons won three: the 50-yard freestyle, the 100-yard freestyle, and the 200-yard freestyle. The remaining three wins were posted by junior Cade Fuxan in the 100-yard fly and 200-yard individual medley and senior Michael Conrad in the 500-yard freestyle.
