Blue Jay Band Participates in German Exchange Trip

Members of the Blue Jay Band and their families recently participated in the biannual exchange program with the Clavius Gymnasium in Bamberg, Germany. The program, in its 15th year, is a musical and cultural exchange between the two schools. The students from the Clavius Gymnasium will be coming to Jesuit in October for 10 days.

This summer, 50 members of the band, along with 72 of their family members, visited Milan, Florence and Venice Italy before travelling to Bamberg, Germany where they stayed for 10 days. The group spent six days in Northern Italy in the cities of Milan, Florence and Venice and then 10 Days in Bamberg, Germany making day trips to Rothenburg, Erfurt, and Mödlareuth.
