Advantage, Jesuit: Jays Sweep Regional Tennis Championships

A Blue and White match-up between seniors Andrew Tufts and Kevin Mickan and junior Gregory Suhor/sophomore Brandon Beck lasted over two hours. Suhor/Beck bested their teammates after three sets: 6-0, 3-6, 6-3.
In the final singles match, Lacoste and Depascual fought to each win a set before cramps forced Depascual to retire. Lacoste took the win 1-6, 6-3, ret.
In a long final doubles match, the score seesawed between deuce and advantage as Suhor/Beck competed with Niehaus/Niehaus. The first set was won in a tie-breaker and the second was almost as close. The Niehaus brothers won 7-6, 7-5.
