Adam Superneau ’98 Opens Farm-to-Table Restaurant, Oak Oven

Jesuit alumnus Adam Superneau ’98 is the executive chef and owner of Oak Oven, a new farm-to-table Italian restaurant in Harahan, La. Superneau is of Sicilian ancestry, like many New Orleans Italians. He attended Jesuit High School, Loyola University then went on to study at the International Culinary Center in New York.
