With Playoff Ticket Pocketed, Blue Jay Lacrosse Battles for Post Season Positioning on Senior Night
If the Jesuit lacrosse team beats Brother Martin on Friday, Apr. 13, the Blue Jays will host a quarterfinal playoff game. Tonight’s game will take place at Muss Bertolino Playground in Kenner at 7:30 p.m. Jesuit students are admitted free with their school identification cards. General admission tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children. Senior players and their parents will be honored during pre-game festivities. In their only other meeting of the season, the Blue Jays defeated the Crusaders in the championship game of the Battle by the Beach tournament in Gulfport last month. The Jays fell to St. Paul’s on Friday, Apr. 6, by a score of 4 to 3.
