Two Blue Jays Earn Number One Seeds at State Meet

Jesuit seniors Manny Armour (195) and Mitch Capella (113) are seeded number one in their respective weight class.

Good luck to Jesuit’s varsity wrestling team as they head into the two day LHSAA State Wrestling Tournament at the Pontchartrain Center in Kenner beginning Friday, February 15 and ending on Saturday night, February 16.

The state tournament consists of four sessions, two sessions each day. On Friday, session one begins at 9 a.m., while session two will start at 5 p.m. On Saturday, February 16, session three opens at 8 a.m., while session four is slated to commence at 6 p.m.

Tickets for each session is $10; however, an all-session pass may be purchased for $35. Tickets may purchased at the Pontchartrain Center.
