Jesuit Drops Saturday Afternoon’s Road Game to St. Thomas More, 5-1
Over the weekend, the Blue Jays swept the Grace King Irish in district play on Friday with a 10-0 win at John Ryan Stadium. On Saturday, the team travelled to Lafayette to play the St. Thomas More Wildcats;but fell short in this contest, 5-1.
Avrard and the Jays shut out Grace King, 10-0, and ended the game in the sixth inning at John Ryan Stadium. Senior Branden Munster and junior Spencer Miller had doubles to lead the Jays at the plate.
