At the 2013 Blue Jay Fishing Rodeo, Chef Brian Landry ’94 of Borgne Restaurant attracted a large crowd with one of his famous cooking demonstrations.

Brian Landry ’94 showed off his chef skills on the Halloween episode of Katie Couric’s television show “Katie” on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013. The program aired on Fox 8 New Orleans.

Alumni saw Brian earlier this year giving a cooking demonstration at the Blue Jay Fishing Rodeo on June 22.
