Jays Return to John Ryan Stadium on Monday, March 25 to Play Hahnville in a Non District Game at 4 PM

Junior pitcher C.J. Avrard struck out eight batters and went the distance in five innings as the Blue Jays whalloped the John Ehret Patriots, 11-1, in a non-district game Saturday at John Ryan Stadium. Seniors Mitch Alexander and Branden Munster, and junior Nathan Zimmer each had two hits.

The Jays were coming off two consecutive losses to Brother Martin and a big win against the Patriots eased some of the bruises sustained by the Jays. Jesuit plays Hanville on Monday, March 25, at John Ryan Stadium. The non-district game begins at 4 p.m.

The Jesuit-Brother Martin game played Friday evening, March 22 at John Ryan Stadium will be replayed on Monday, March 25 at 8 p.m. on WHNO-TV (Channel 20).
