Blue Jays to Face Rummel Raiders in Homecoming Contest
After capturing a 24-17 victory over Archbishop Shaw High School and improving to 4-3 (1-1 district), Jesuit’s football team looks to an exciting and happy homecoming when the Blue Jays play host to Catholic League rival Archbishop Rummel in 2013 Homecoming game. The Jays and the Raiders will have their showdown before several thousand fans on Friday, Oct. 25 at Tad Gormley Stadium. Kickoff is at 7:30 p.m.
Student and faculty IDs, along with season passes, will be accepted at the gate for admission. Pre-sale tickets are priced at $6 for adults and students and $3 for children (ages 6-11). Tickets will be sold through Friday at the switchboard from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and in the Student Commons during lunch on Friday. All tickets purchased at the gate are $8 each. Stadium gates will open at 6:30 p.m.
The game will be broadcast live on Cox 4 and will replay at 11 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 25. Additional replay times can be found on the Cox 4 web site.
