The Jesuit golf team ran its record to 2-0 with a win over Archbishop Shaw on Thursday, September 19, at Stonebridge Golf Club of New Orleans in Gretna. Officially, the match was recorded as a forfeit when only two Shaw golfers showed up to play. In most high school matches, each team enters six golfers, with the two highest scores from each team being discarded.

Senior Will Dufour led all golfers with a nine-hole 34. Senior C.J. Blagrove shot 37, while sophomore Carlo Carino carded a 38. Seniors Alex Anderson and Cole Johnson, sophomore Grant Glorioso, and freshman Nolan Lambert finished with 39s.

The Blue Jays beat Rummel on Tuesday, September 17. Jesuit will face Brother Martin on Tuesday, September 24 at Lakewood Golf Club in New Orleans.
