The Jesuit golf team met with Tianlang Guan, the 14-year-old amateur from China who recently played in the Masters at Augusta. Guan has been honing his game most of spring right here at Lakewood, the same golf course that the Blue Jays call home. On Saturday, April 20, Guan gave a mini-seminar on the finer points of the game to a small crowd that included the Blue Jays.

The Jays will compete in the regional tournament on Tuesday, April 23 at Carter Plantation in Hammond. The Jays must be on top of their game at the regional event if they hope to earn a spot in the state tournament in two weeks in Shreveport.
