Blue Jay Basketball Tips Off 2013 Season with Exhibition Win Over Chalmette
Senior Riley Conroy scored 17 points to help the 2013-2014 Jesuit basketball team open the exhibition season with a 49-33 win over Chalmette on Saturday, Nov. 9 at the Bird Cage. Fourteen of Conroy’s points came in the 3rd period. Seniors Chase Eckholdt and Grant Nichols set the pace in the first half. Eckholdt had 6 first-half points and Nichols had 6 rebounds. The Blue Jay basketball team is coached by Mr. Chis Jennings ’78 and Mr. Wesley Laurendine.
