Blue Jays and Crusaders Meet Again on Friday Night at 7 at John Ryan Stadium

Jesuit’s varsity baseball had a rough night against Brother Martin at Kirsch-Rooney Stadium, dropping the opening night district game to the Crusaders, 8-1. The third inning proved to be the Blue Jays undoing when the Crusaders broke a 1-1 tie by plating four runs. Later, the Crusaders would score one run in the fifth inning and two runs in the sixth inning to win the first round match up.

Jesuit and Brother Martin will meet again in another district contest this Friday night (March 22) at John Ryan Stadium. The first pitch is slated for 7 p.m.
