Regular Order, Day 5
- Tomorrow we will follow an Assembly Order #2, with an assembly period from 11:30-12:30. While seniors are rehearsing for ring mass, the rest of the student body will have grade-level assemblies. 8th and 9th graders and their homeroom teachers will report to the auditorium for a presentation by Mr. Cisco Gonzales who will mental health and technology. 10th and 11th graders and their homeroom teachers will report to the courtyard for a presentation by Sudden Impact. Students should leave their books in their 4th period classrooms during the assembly period.
- The varsity football team will host E.D. White in our home opener on Friday night at Tad Gormley Stadium with kickoff set for 7:00. Pre-sale tickets are available for purchase daily at the front desk up until Friday at 3:30 p.m. Pre-sale tickets are $5.00 each for Jesuit students and children (ages 6-11) and $10.00 each for adults and non-Jesuit students. All adult and student (Jesuit and non-Jesuit) tickets purchased at the gate are $15.00 each. Note that student ID’s will not be accepted at the gate for this non-district contest.
- The Creative Writing Club will meet during the first half of lunch in Room 116.

- Join Jesuit’s SABR club, the Society of American Baseball Research, for the first meeting of the year today during the first half of lunch in Room 331.
- Members of the Ray Dass Merit Honors program will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 219.
- Movie Critics Club will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 221 to organize its new programming approach.
- All students are invited to join the Society of Saint Joseph in an IKON-style discussion about the question “What does it mean to be a man?” today during the second half of lunch in Room 304.
- The Pokémon club will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 311.
- The Pro-Life club will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 316.
- Math tutoring is available today during the second half of lunch in Room 229 for students in Intro Algebra, Algebra 1, Geometry, and Algebra 2.
- Returning members of Mu Alpha Theta: Get your tutoring hours completed this semester by signing up on the bulletin board outside of Room 225. You may sign up to tutor during lunch Tuesday-Thursday or after school on Mondays and Wednesdays. The September calendar is posted.
- The Chess Club will meet today after school in Room 311.
- The 9th grade football team plays at Rummel this afternoon starting at 4:30.
- The swimming team will compete in the Mandeville Invitational this afternoon at Franco’s starting at 4:00.
- Seniors, the ring dance will take place at the Moore this Saturday from 8:00pm to 11:00pm. Tickets are for sale online this week and can be purchased for $60/couple through GoFan.
- Juniors and seniors who missed their respective Balfour meetings can pick up senior ring and graduation announcement order forms from Mr. Orillion in Room 131.
- Admissions representatives from several colleges will be available today during lunch. Texas State University will be in Room 120, MIT will be in Room 122 and University of Connecticut will be in Room 121.
