Welcome Back, Blue Jays

Posted August 12, 2025 / Last updated August 12, 2025

Blue Jays gathered at Carrollton & Banks for Registration Day as they prepared for the 2025–2026 academic year. The day began with classmates reconnecting after the summer break. Veteran Blue Jays serving as Big Brothers helped their Little Brothers check off each item on the to-do list and feel at home on campus. Throughout the morning, disciplinarian Michael Armelin briefed students on Jesuit’s expectations for conduct and procedures, providing a clear framework for the year ahead.

Pre-freshmen through seniors moved between stations to submit forms, collect planners and nametags, master their new locks, and complete email logins. Teachers made final tie adjustments before yearbook portraits and students ended their session at the Blue Jay Shop for P.E. uniforms.

Registration Day serves as the unofficial opening of the school year, to be followed by Investiture for new students on August 13 and the commencement of classes the next day. Families are encouraged to consult the Jesuit calendar for the latest schedule and the bulletin for the student code of conduct and behavior guidelines.
