Regular Order, Day 3
- There will be an intramural captain/co captain meeting today for seniors during the first half of lunch in Room 227.
- Juniors interested in going on the service project trip to Appalachia should meet today during the first half of lunch in the auditorium.
- The Fishing club will meet today during the first half of lunch in Room 313.
- The Classic Rock Club will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 203.
- The Pro-Life Club will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 316. We will be discussing Chapter One of the Book “What to Say When.”
- The NHS recycling program will meet today after school in Room 115.
- The Video Games Club will meet today after school in Room 112.
- The bowling team will face Shaw at Westside Lanes this afternoon starting at 3:20.
- Fall Sports Recognition Night is scheduled for tonight in the auditorium starting at 6:30. All cross country, football, and swimming lettermen are expected to be in attendance. Report time is 6:10. Attire is coat and tie.
- There will be a Big Brother/Little Brother Tailgate before the Jays face the Shaw Eagles tomorrow beginning at 5pm in the courtyard. There will be food, games, and prizes.
- To celebrate Black History Month the Jesuit Men of Color will present a series of mini-lectures entitled Four on Friday: The Music of the Movement. On each of the four Fridays in February, starting this Friday, the JMOC will play and discuss the significance of four songs inextricably tied to the Civil Rights Movement, with each presentation tied together by a theme. Presentations are during first half of lunch in Room 210. All interested students and faculty are invited to attend. This week’s theme is Lift Every Voice—The Church and the Movement.
- Interested in serving breakfast to the homeless on an upcoming Thursday? Spots are open on Feb. 10 and 17. Please see Mr. Murphy in Room 225 to sign up. All students, faculty, and staff are welcome to participate.
