Annual Giving is a key ingredient of the formula that keeps Jesuit… Jesuit.

This is the time of year parents and alumni are invited to show their support for Jesuit’s commitment to excellence and affordability by supporting Jesuit’s annual giving effort.

For more than a decade, parents of current students have bolstered the school’s budget by contributing more than $1 million per year. It is that support that helps Jesuit to price tuition at just 70% of what it actually costs to educate each student. The due date for commitments is this Friday, Oct. 23.

Alumni join the effort through the Alumni Giving Drive, formerly known as LEF. More than 3,000 alumni will make donations, again totaling more than $1 million, to keep their alma mater thriving and accessible to as many families as possible.

Donations to both PAG and AGD are tax deductible.

Improvements to this year’s Alumni Giving Drive include:

  • expanding the volunteer leadership team to include seven decade chairmen
  • competition amongst classes
  • shortening the drive

The due date for alumni pledges is now December 15.

“We are so grateful for the support that we receive from our parents. alumni, and many parents of alumni who share Jesuit’s commitment to excellence and accessibility,” said president Fr. John Brown, S.J.

Parents and alumni have until May 2021, the end of the advancement office’s fiscal year, to fulfill their commitments.
