The event begins in the Jesuit auditorium and includes a light reception for parents and burgers and hot dogs for new students.

Jesuit’s Welcome Day for New Blue Jays and Parents will be held on Saturday, May 11. The event begins at 2 p.m. in the Jesuit auditorium and runs until 4 p.m.

Interested attendees must register before Wednesday, May 8.

Following the presentation, a light reception for parents will be held in the Student Commons. New Blue Jays and their Big Brothers will enjoy burgers and hot dogs at a separate reception in the Traditions Courtyard.

This annual event is an opportunity for faculty, staff, administration, and other members of the Jesuit community to meet new parents. It also affords new parents the opportunity to meet other new parents of Blue Jays, as well as some veteran Jesuit mothers and fathers. New students also become better acquainted with Jesuit High School and spend time with their Big Brothers.
