Results:

  • Congratulations to the Varsity Football team as they throttled district rival Holy Cross, 28-7.  Offensively, the Blue Jays were led by a dominant effort from the Offensive Line of Jacob Kieff, Jack Juge, Brian Balestra, Patrick Motes and Max McMahon, as the Jays rushed for over 200 yards. Defensively, the defensive line led the attack as Senior Perry Ganci and Junior Sonny Hazard produced 5 sacks and held the Tigers to only 28 yards rushing.  Max Scheurich also kicked 2 clutch field goals including a 44 yarder.  Additionally, Sophomore Luke Besh scored a touchdown on a 93 yard kickoff return.
