In keeping with Jesuit’s policy of following the Archdiocese of New Orleans concerning school closings, we will dismiss all students today at 12:10 p.m. in anticipation of severe weather.

A cold front will move through Louisiana and forecasters are predicting widespread heavy thunderstorms, possible hail, and a moderate risk of tornadoes for the metro New Orleans region.

Additionally, after-school activities and team practices scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 23, are cancelled.

Students are reminded to take all of their books home, as they will be expected to complete homework assigned by their teachers, including fifth and sixth periods, through J.A.Y.S.O.N., or by email.

Classes resume Wednesday, Feb. 24. Wednesday is a Faculty Meeting Order. The school day begins at 8:50 a.m.
