  • The varsity football team will play at Northshore in its jamboree Thursday evening with kickoff set for 7:00.  The jv jamboree begins at 6:00, while the 9th grade jamboree begins at 5:00.  Tickets can be purchased online from jesuitnola.org/tickets.
  • Anyone interested in joining the wrestling team should meet tomorrow during the second half of lunch in Room 228.
  • Still finding your lunch group? Want to meet more of your fellow Blue Jays? Bring your lunch to the Guidance Office today during the first half of lunch to hang out and meet new friends.
  • What does Heaven look like to you? Anyone interested in discussion is invited to IKON with Dr. Delio today during the first half of lunch in Room 304.
  • Seniors and juniors interested in participating on the Gizzard leadership team will meet today during the first half of lunch in Room 132, the Student Activities Office.
  • The Rubik’s Cube Club will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 224.
  • All 2025-26 winter sports lettermen (basketball, powerlifting, and soccer) should report today during lunch to the 1st floor of the Madonna Della Strada Building (back door by parking lot) for letter jacket, patch, and stripe distribution.
  • Attention all Jedi, wizards, Hobbits, Pokemon, Anime and other fantastical enthusiasts: join Jesuit’s Multiverse Society for the first meeting of the year today during the second half of lunch in Room 331. 
  • The Green Club will meet today after school in Room 416 to pick up the recycling bins in the classrooms.
  • Anyone interested in trying out for the golf team will meet today during the first half of lunch in Room 223.

  • Anyone interested in helping to plan intramural sports and events this year or being on the intramural sports leadership team will meet tomorrow during the second half of lunch in Computer Lab 2.
  • Juniors, please check your Outlook accounts for an invitation to apply for membership in the National Honor Society. Invitations were sent to Juniors who currently meet the NHS academic, discipline, and service requirements. If you did not receive an invitation, you are not eligible for membership at this time. Please check your inbox carefully for important information and next steps. See Mrs. Goens or Mrs. Centner with questions.
  • Seniors are reminded that their essays are due next Thursday, Sept. 3. A hard copy should be brought to Room 126 and a digital copy submitted on Canvas.
