Shipping

Jesuit High School of New Orleans strives to cater to all of our customers’ shipping needs. Ultimately, all rates are based on your location and the weight of your package. Orders of $50 or more receive free shipping to destinations in the Continental United States. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States should call to arrange shipping. All packages are typically shipped by standard ground shipping, but can vary depending on service availability within your specific area. Larger items, including shipments to farmers or wholesalers, may require specialized freight carriers. Although some orders may take longer, we will always work to ship orders once the product and shipping details are complete. Most orders will be shipped the following business day.

Returns

We want you to love our products as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the product to us within 30 days, in its original condition and packaging, for a full refund. Customers are responsible for any costs of return shipping. If your item(s) is lost or damaged during delivery we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your damaged package and we will happily assist you through the process.
