Assembly Order #1, Day 1

• The varsity football team will face Brother Martin in the district opener tonight at 7:00 at Tad Gormley.  Tickets can be purchased at the front desk from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or can be purchased online through GoFan @ jesuitnola.org/tickets.  Ticket prices through Thursday are $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for children (ages 6-11).  Tickets on game day will be $15.00 for adults and $5.00 for children (ages 6-11).  Student ID’s will be accepted at the gate.
• The theme for the game is a white out. Student Council and ROTC are sponsoring a tailgate starting at 5:00pm. Also, Student Council will have a ‘drip station’ setup outside Tad Gormley. This is the biggest Gizzard merch give-away of the year, so come out early to get some new and exclusive items.
• The Anime Club will meet today during lunch in Room 116.
• The Poker Club will meet today during the first half of lunch in Room 117.
• The Pokémon Club will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 319.
• DECA will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 334.
• J-Troupe, Jesuit’s elite improv comedy team, will meet today after school in Room 202.
• The Table Top Gaming Club will meet today after school in St. Ignatius Hall. 
• The cross country team will run in the Dominican/Holy Cross Invite at City Park tomorrow morning.  The varsity runs at 8:10, followed by the JV at 9:30.  The 8^th grade runs at 10:50.
• The JV football team hosts Brother Martin at John Ryan Stadium tomorrow morning with kickoff set for 10:00.
• All National Honors Society members should complete the registration form and pay dues on canvas before Wednesday, Sept. 30. If you do not complete the registration and pay your dues, you will be dropped from the club.
• Juniors and seniors who missed the Balfour meetings can pick up a packet from the Student Activities Office, Room 131.

Results:

• Congratulations to the Jesuit golf team on their 142 to 156 win over the Brother Martin Crusaders.  The Blue Jays shot 2 under par as a team and were led by Senior Duke Nitcher who shot 3 under par and Sophomore Augustin Gros who fired a round of 1 under par.  
• Congratulations to Academic Games team for taking first place in the Junior High Propaganda competition. The winning team included sophomore James Wever and freshmen Aubrey Spreen and Reese Serigne. James also placed second individually.
