Regular Order, Day 1

• Big Brother sign-ups continue this week for sophomores and juniors. The registration form was emailed through Canvas messaging and can be found on the Student Life Canvas page.
• The varsity baseball team will face John Curtis in a state playoff quarterfinal series beginning on Thursday at Harahan.  First pitch for Games #1 and #2 on Thursday and Friday is set for 5:00.  The starting time for the “if necessary” Game #3 on Saturday is 1:00.  Admission for each game is $12.00 for adults and $5.00 for students and children (ages 6-11).  Both cash and credit cards will be accepted at the gate.
• The Anime Club will meet today during the first half of lunch in Room 116.
• The Chess Club will meet today during the first half of lunch in Room 311. 
• Acoustic Guitar Club will meet today in Room 330 to take a yearbook photo.
• The Blue Jay Choir will rehearse today during the second half of lunch in the Choir Loft.
• All Algebra I and Geometry students who have attending Math Competitions this year should meet on the Chapel steps today during the second half of lunch for a yearbook photo.
• The varsity track and field team will compete in the regional meet this afternoon and evening at Hahnville.
• All 2026 Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum medalists from Señora Mandella’s and Monsieur Benoit’s classes, please report to Mrs. Jurisich in the courtyard tomorrow during homeroom for group pictures.
• All baseball, golf, tennis, track & field, bass fishing, bowling, lacrosse, and rugby lettermen are expected to report tomorrow during lunch to the weight room for lettermen jacket measurements, stripe, and logo distribution.
• All sophomores must meet tomorrow at the beginning of lunch in the Auditorium to receive information regarding Kairos retreats next school year. See Mr. MacIver, Mr. Bacon, or Mr. Symmes if you have questions.
• Seniors must empty their lockers by the end of Senior Exams.  Remove your lock and take it home.  Seniors taking exams are to come to school wearing uniform pants, uniform belt, tennis shoes, and any appropriate collared shirt.

Results:

• Congratulations to the Jesuit Golf team on winning the Division 1 Regional championship.  The Blue Jays were led by Freshmen Augustin Gros who shot a 2 under par 70.  Augustin was also the regional champion.  The team will be competing in the state championship next Monday and Tuesday in Lafayette.
