Third Quarter Exam Schedule

• Today’s exams are English, Biology II, Chemistry II, and Computer Studies. Tomorrow’s exams are Math, Latin, and AP Computer Science.
• Students should not be in the hallways during the exam period or between exam periods.  Once you complete your exam you should exit the hallways quietly.  You may remain in the Commons, Resource Center, or the yard during this time.
• Upon arrival at campus, students are required to place their cellphones in the off mode in their lockers.  No phones may be used anywhere on campus until both exam periods are over.  Students may not leave campus until they have completed exams for the day.  PH will be held in Room 231 on Thursday; it will begin at 9:30am and will continue as long as is necessary for justice to be served.
• Rising juniors and seniors interested in running for executive board next year must attend today’s informational meeting at 12:00pm in St. Ignatius Hall. All students must bring in nomination forms. Reach out to Mr. Campos and Mr. Kling with any questions.
• Student Council is sponsoring a Rocket League tournament next week to benefit the Our Lady’s Youth Center in El Paso and the Harry Thompson Center.  Teams of 2 may bring $20 next week in cash to sign up.  Games begin next Thursday during the first half of lunch.
• The PSAT for Prefreshmen and Freshmen will take place this Friday, March 13th. Prefreshmen will begin testing at 8:00 a.m. and end between 10:45 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. Freshmen will begin testing at 12:30 p.m. and end between 3:15 and 3:45 p.m. Students should report to their testing rooms at least 15 minutes prior to testing and in full school uniform. A list of testing rooms is posted on the Guidance Canvas page under “Announcements”. Students should bring a pencil and may use an approved calculator (scientific or graphing calculator). A calculator will also be provided through the testing app, Bluebook. Please see Mrs. Strain in Guidance if you have any questions. 

Results:

• On Thursday, the varsity baseball team defeated St. Michael the Archangel 6-1. Derek DeLatte and Logan Nelson each had two hits.  Nelson hit a 3 run homerun.  Jackson Dugan was the winning pitcher.  Dugan and Noah Casey each struck out five batters. 
• On Friday, the varsity baseball team beat St. Michael the Archangel 10-0.  Maes Martin pitched a complete game shutout.  Derek DeLatte had four hits in the game. 
• On Saturday, the varsity baseball team defeated St. Michael the Archangel 7-3.  Jacob Chan pitched a complete game and struck out five batters.  Michael Brothers and Jackson Dugan each had three hits.
