Regular Order, Day 7

• The St. Joseph Society will pray a Rosary today during the first half of lunch in the Holy Name Chapel.
• The Art Club will meet today and every Monday during the first half of lunch in Room 204.
• The golf team faces Brother Martin at Chateau at 4:00 and Shaw at Stonebridge at 4:00.
• The Music Critics Club will meet tomorrow during the first half of lunch in Room 117.
• Pre-ordered Rivalry shirts can be picked up from the front desk near the Blue Jay Shop, Tuesday – Friday, 7am – 4pm. A limited number of extra shirts are available to purchase for $12; cash or credit cards are accepted.
• Admissions representatives from Syracuse University and Tulane University will be available today during lunch in Rooms 121 and 122. Reps will present twice, once in each half of the lunch period. Please arrive on time for your session of choice. Anyone arriving after the bell for a session will not be admitted. 

Results:

• Congratulations to the Jesuit Golf team on it’s 16 shot victory over the Holy Cross Tigers.  Low rounds of the match were fired by Senior Duke Nitcher and Junior Brooks Blanchard.
• Jesuit sailing cenior captain Arthur Meade continued the team’s strong start to the season this weekend, qualifying for the sole berth from the Southeastern District in his division at the High School Sailing Singlehanded National Championships for the Cressy Cup.  Arthur is eligible to compete in the National finals in late October at the American Yacht Club in Rye, NY. Five other Jesuit sailors competed in the second division of the SEISA district qualifier, facing off with solid teams from Rockwall-Heath High School, St. John’s School, and Lake Travis High School, all from Texas, for their own berth at Nationals.  Sophomore Jack Meade finished second in the division and Sophomore Reed Gibbs finished third.  Liam Moore, Parker Lily, and Pierre Worms also competed for the Jays.
