Regular Order, Day 2

• Any student who is interested in becoming Catholic or who is Catholic and seeking to receive First Communion will meet today during the second half of lunch in the Campus Ministry office.
• The varsity football team will face Brother Martin in the district opener tomorrow night at 7:00 at Tad Gormley.  Tickets can be purchased at the front desk from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or can be purchased online through GoFan @ jesuitnola.org/tickets.  Ticket prices through Thursday are $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for children (ages 6-11).  Tickets on game day will be $15.00 for adults and $5.00 for children (ages 6-11).  Student ID’s will be accepted at the gate.
• The theme for the game is a white out. Student Council and ROTC are sponsoring a tailgate starting at 5:00pm. Also, Student Council will have a ‘drip station’ setup outside Tad Gormley. This is the biggest Gizzard merch give-away of the year, so come out early to get some new and exclusive items.
• Tomorrow will be a Blue and White Day. Wear a blue, white, or blue and white collared shirt or a Jesuit imprinted t-shirt on Friday to show your Blue Jay Spirit.
• Discuss “Second Half Shough” today during the first half of lunch at the Sports Analysis Club meeting in Room 231. 
• Students attending the Episcopal Math Tournament this Saturday will practice today during the second half of lunch. Current Algebra 1 and Geometry students will meet in Room 330. Current Algebra 2, Precalculus, and Calculus students will meet in Room 227.
• Members of Mu Alpha Theta have until Wednesday, Sept. 30, to complete the registration form and pay your dues on Canvas. If you do not complete the registration and pay your dues, you will be dropped from the club.
• Is A.I bad for society? Should it be banned or supported? All students are invited to this discussion with Dr. Delio today during the first half of lunch in Room 304.
• The World Politics Club will meet today during the first half of lunch.
• Students planning to compete for Jesuit’s Bass Fishing team should meet today during the first half of lunch in Room 313.
• The Pro-Life Club will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 316. 
• An introductory meeting for the Photography Club will be held today during the first half of lunch in Room 117. All students interested in learning the basics of cameras, photography, and videography are welcome.
• The Creative Writing Club will meet today during the first half of lunch in Room 220.
• The Movie Critics Club will meet today after school in Room 221 to watch Rocky, the Best Picture winner about a small-time boxer who tries to go the distance against the heavyweight champ.
• All seniors will meet today during the first half of lunch in the auditorium for a graduation announcements presentation from Balfour.
• The golf team faces Holy Cross at City Park this afternoon at 4:00.
• The swim team will compete in the St. Martin’s Invite this afternoon at 5:00 p.m.
• The 8^th grade football team hosts Brother Martin this afternoon at 5:30 at John Ryan Stadium.
• The Poker Club will meet tomorrow during the first half of lunch in Room 117.
• J-Troupe, Jesuit’s elite improv comedy team, will meet tomorrow after school in Room 202.
• Admissions representatives from New York University and Columbia University will be available today during lunch in rooms 121 and 122. Reps will present twice, once during each half of the lunch period. Please arrive on time for your session of choice. Anyone arriving after the bell for a session will not be admitted.
