Regular Order, Day 2

• Welcome Week continues today in the courtyard. See your housemates race around in real life Mario Kart.  House points for the winners, and losing houses get dunked. Be there.
• The 8th grade football team will host Hannan at John Ryan this evening beginning at 6:00.
• Students interested in joining the track and field team should meet tomorrow during the second half of lunch in Room 323. Anyone currently in a fall sport can still sign up. If you cannot make the meeting, please see Coach Nick Accardo this week.
• The Green Club will meet today after school in Room 416 to pick up the recycling bins.
• What would your final meal be? Would you even have one? Anyone interested is invited to discussion at IKON with Dr. Delio today during the first half of lunch in Room 304.
• The Rubik’s Cube Club will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 224.
• All returning legion and junior legion baseball players will meet today during the first half of lunch in the baseball locker room.
• Students interested in joining the Beach Volleyball team will meet today during the first half of lunch in Room 407.
• Any student interested in joining the debate team will meet tomorrow during the first half of lunch in Room 212.
• The varsity football team will host Madison Prep in our home opener tomorrow night at Tad Gormley Stadium with kickoff set for 7:00.  Pre-sale tickets are available for purchase daily at the front desk up until Thursday at 3:30.  Pre-sale tickets are $5.00 each for Jesuit students and children (ages 6-11) and $10.00 each for adults and non-Jesuit students.  Tickets can also be purchased online from jesuitnola.org/tickets.  All adult tickets purchased at the gate are $15.00 each.  Jesuit students with ID are $5.00 at the gate.
• Tomorrow is the first Blue and White Day of the year. Wear a blue, white, or blue and white collared shirt or a Jesuit imprinted t-shirt to school tomorrow to show your Blue jay Spirit.
• Friday will celebrate the Mass of the Holy Spirit.  Students are to come to school wearing a dress coat, dress shirt, tie, slacks, belt, dress shoes, and socks.  You may wear a suit if you wish.  Pre-Freshmen will remain on campus for their retreat; all other students will be dismissed after Mass.
• Loupe Photo will be doing registration day picture retakes and makeups on Friday immediately after Mass of the Holy Spirit in St. Ignatius Hall.
• Seniors interested in specific scholarships that require a nomination from Jesuit High School should review the application found on Canvas: College Counseling.  The deadline to submit the application, short essays, and resume is next Wednesday.  See your college counselor with questions.
