Alumni Attorneys CLE

The Jesuit alumni association invites Jesuit alumni-attorneys to a complimentary Continuing Legal Education (CLE) event. This special program features two engaging sessions addressing ethics and professionalism as practiced and enforced by lawyers and judges trained and grounded in Ignatian values and the Christian intellectual tradition.

Date/ Time: Thursday, June 25, 2026, 3–5 p.m.
Location: EDLA Federal District Court; 500 Poydras St., Courtroom C467
Cost: Free to Jesuit alumni

“Professionalism in the Practice of Law: A View from the Bench” (approved for one hour of professionalism CLE credit)

A panel of distinguished alumni judges currently sitting on the state and federal bench, moderated by U.S. District Judge Jay Zainey ’69

“Ethics in Settlement and Mediation” (approved for one hour of ethics CLE credit)

An interactive panel discussion featuring U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael North ’82, and practitioners Chris Zainey ‘01 and Peter Mansfield ‘96
