- The Philelectic Society’s production of The World Goes ‘Round runs this Thursday through Saturday evening. Each Jesuit student can redeem up to two complimentary tickets to any one performance. To get yours, download the GoFan app, select “Student Tickets,” and enter your Jesuit student ID in the promo code field. This is a show you don’t want to miss, so grab your tickets and enjoy an amazing night at the theater.
- The varsity football team will host Lafayette High in the opening round of the state playoffs on Friday night at The Shrine with kickoff set for 7:00. Pre-sale tickets are $10.00 each for adults and students and $5.00 each for children (ages 6-11). Pre-sale tickets will be available for purchase daily at the front desk until 3:30 p.m. Tickets purchased at the gate are $15.00 each. Note that season tickets and student ID’s are not accepted at the gate for LHSAA playoff contests.
- Friday will be a Blue and White Day. Wear a blue, white, or blue and white collared shirt or a Jesuit imprinted t-shirt on Friday to show your Blue Jay Spirit.
- Today is the second day of Quarterfinals for the NCAA hurricane relief tournament. The games are: Michigan vs Oklahoma and Tulane vs Clemson. The winners of these games will move onto the semi finals. Stop by the commons to watch these heated matchups.
- Jesuit students and girls from Catholic schools are invited to attend the first Campus Ministry Night of the year on Wednesday from 6:30-8:00 pm. There will be a game, Adoration, and confession. Food and drinks will be provided as well.
- The Jesuit Pro-Life Club’s annual baby shower benefitting the Women’s New Life Center is coming to a close in a week. Please consider donating an item to help women in crisis using the following link.
- Acoustic Guitar Club will meet today and tomorrow during the second half of lunch in Room 330.
- The Blue Jay newspaper staff will meet today during the second half of lunch in the Student Communications Office.
- All members of Mu Alpha Theta (both new and returning) will meet today during the second half of lunch in St. Ignatius Hall to discuss our first District Meeting on Monday, Nov. 18, and the upcoming Brother Martin Tournament. If you are unable to attend, please contact Mrs. Brauner for information about these events.
- All pre-freshmen and freshmen interested in competing in the Brother Martin Math Competition will meet tomorrow during the first half of lunch in Room 330.
- Printing fees are due today in Room 215 before the end of the lunch hour.
- An admissions representative from Lynn University will be available today during lunch in the College Counseling suite.
