On November 21, the Sodality of the Immaculate Conception at Jesuit High School welcomed 20 new members into its ranks. The Sodality, one of the oldest student organizations on campus, has a rich history dating back to the late 1800s. It aims to foster devotion to Our Lady, promote service to the community, and cultivate fraternity among its members. Each year, students aspiring to become full Sodalists are invited to consecrate themselves to Our Lady and commit to a life of prayer and Christian conduct in their daily lives.

This year the Sodality welcomed 20 new students during their annual Consecration Mass. These young men pledged prayer and service during the Mass and received a custom rosary to help foster their devotion to Our Lady through this profound prayer of the Church. The following day, the Sodalists joined the rest of the school for a morning of service, putting into practice what they had professed with their words the night before.

We kindly ask for your prayers for these 20 young men and their fellow Sodalists throughout the year.
