Regular Order, Day 4

  • The varsity football team plays at Lafayette Christian tonight with kickoff set for 7:00.  The link to purchase tickets is on the Jesuit website.  Tickets may also be purchased at the gate using cash only for $10.  Student IDs will not be accepted.
  • Students interested in competing for the Chess Team this year will meet today during the first half of lunch in Room 311.
  • The Classic Rock Club will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 203.
  • The Sports Analysis Club will meet today during the second half of lunch in St. Ignatius Hall. 
  • Gizzard Gaming and the Jesuit Esports team will meet today during the second half of lunch in the auditorium.
  • New and returning Peer Support commitment forms are due today by the end of school in the Guidance office.
  • The varsity cross country team will compete in the Southern Showcase on Saturday morning in Huntsville, AL.
  • The J-Troupe, Jesuit’s elite improv comedy team, is looking for new members.  Join us for improv practice Monday from 3:30-5:00 in Room 202.  
  • The Jesuit High School College Fair will be held on Monday from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm in the Commons. The Financial Aid Information Session will follow immediately after the College Fair in the Jesuit Auditorium from 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
  • Any student interested in playing intramural flag football needs to sign up on imleagues.com. The link and instructions are on the intramurals tab in the Student Life Canvas page. The deadline to register teams is Sunday at midnight. Please email Coach Martin if you have any questions.
  • Admissions representatives from University of Chicago and Hamden-Sydney College are visiting Jesuit during lunch today in the College Counseling Suite.

Results:

  • Congratulations to the Jesuit Golf Team on their victory against the Rummel Raiders on Tuesday at Chateau Country Club.  The low scores of the round were shot by sophomore William Boasberg who shot a one over par 37 and senior Collin Shay who shot a two over par 38.
