Lloyd Frischhertz ’66, a local attorney and managing partner of Frischhertz, Poulliard, Frischhertz, and Impastato, has been selected as the president of the 2022-23 Sugar Bowl Committee. Frischhertz has served on the Sugar Bowl committee since 1995 and is also co-founder of the Krewe of Tucks.

“My wife keeps trying to get me to retire from at least one of them,” he told the Times-Picayune. “But I love practicing law, I love having helped create a Mardi Gras parade that brings so much joy to people, and I love being part of the Sugar Bowl.

At Jesuit, Frischhertz was a member of Sodality and Student Council in addition to playing on the football and basketball teams.
