Foster Moreau ’15, the LSU tight end who helped lead Jesuit to its 2015 football state title, was featured in multiple news articles after he was picked to wear the special No. 18 jersey for the 2018 season. After he represented LSU at SEC Media Days in July, the honor of wearing No. 18 means he will now represent the player who combines on-and-off-the-field skills, leadership, and selflessness.

Moreau follows an exclusive group of players who were selected to wear the jersey number, a tradition that started with quarterback Matt Mauck after Mauck led the Tigers to their 2003 national title.

Jesuit High School congratulates Moreau on his growth and selfless leadership, which earned him this special honor. Jesuit also wishes Moreau the best in his upcoming endeavors as the 2018-19 football season opens on September 2.
