Jesuit’s Philelectic Society hosted a musical theater workshop for children with the Children’s Miracle League (CML) on Monday, March 21 in the auditorium. A dozen Phils volunteered their time to work with their new buddies on the Jesuit stage.
The special guests learned three songs with choreography from Phils director Mrs. Kate Arthurs-Goldberg and then performed the selections under the lights with applause from family and friends. The session also included a special appearance by Jayson, Jesuit’s mascot.
This is the third year the Phils have hosted the workshop. The event was originally coordinated by Connor Hill ’15, whose sister, Emily, is a member of CML. Connor, who joined the current Phils and his sister on stage, is a student at Tulane University.
