Tennis Team Cruises By Cajuns

Junior Trey Hamlin picked up wins at Line 4 singles and Line 2 doubles as the tennis team improved to 6-0 in dual meet play with a win over Country Day.
Jesuit’s tennis team posted a 7-0 shutout over Country Day on Tuesday, March 22 at the UNO Tennis Center.
Seniors Jacob and Jonathan Niehaus led the way with wins at Line 1 singles (Jacob, 8-2) and Line 2 Singles (Jonathan, 8-1). The twins then teamed up for an 8-2 win at Line 1 doubles.
Senior Brandon Beck and junior Trey Hamlin posted 8-0 shutouts at Line 3 & 4 singles and then teamed up for an 8-1 win at Line 2 doubles.
Senior Andrew Westholz partnered with junior Leo Seoane to complete the shutout with an 8-0 win at Line 3 doubles.
Jesuit improves to 6-0 in dual meet play with the win. The team is back on the courts on Wednesday, March 23 for a make-up of a previously rained out match against the Ben Franklin Falcons. Match time is 4:00 at the UNO Tennis Center.
