Blue Jays take 1st in the Barbe Clasic.

The Blue Jay golf team tuned up for district play by winning the Barbe Classic at Gray Plantation Golf Club in Lake Charles on Saturday, March 16. Members of

the winning team took home this handsome trophy. Freshman Grant Glorioso led coach Owen Seiler’s team with an 18-hole score of 73. Junior C.J. Blagrove posted a score of 77. Senior Nick Ingles finished at 78, while junior Will Dufour shot an 82. Jesuit finished with a team score of 310. Barbe was second with 312 followed by Sulphur’s 313. Glorioso finished third overall. Jesuit opens spring district play against Archbishop Rummel on Tuesday, March 19 at Timberlane.

SCHEDULE UPDATE

The district match against Chalmette, originally scheduled for Thursday, March 21, has been moved to Wednesday, March 20. It will be played at Oak Harbor Golf Club in Slidell.
