Three Blue Jay wrestlers took home individual titles, helping the team to a second place state finish before a record two-day crowd of 14,325.
The Jays believed in themselves as a team and showed character in staging their incredible, if not improbable, comeback-from-the- dead 4-3 victory against Acadiana in the Division 1 semifinals Saturday afternoon in Lafayette.
Jesuit is seeded 18th in the unofficial LHSAA Power Points as of Feb. 23 and will travel to Mandeville for a Bi-District game on Friday. Time is TBA.
Registration for the Mother-Son Mass & Breakfast has been extended until noon on Friday, Feb. 27.
