Funeral services will be held at Archbishop Rummel High School Gym, 1901 Severn Ave., Metairie, LA 70001, on Thursday, April 13, 2023. Visitation will begin at 11:30 a.m. with Words of Remembrance beginning at 2:30 p.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 3:00 p.m.

M/Sgt. Charles I. Spencer, Sr.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023, at Dillard University Lawless Memorial Chapel, 2601 Gentilly Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70122. A viewing will be held at 10:00 a.m. and the service will begin at 11:00 a.m.

Charles (Top) Spencer worked as faculty ROTC, military science, at Jesuit High School for thirteen years and retired in May 1992.
